 -Our physical store in Stockholm has been closed due to COVID-19 since October 2020. We are currently opening online only.

-When your order is ready for shipment, an email with a tracking number will be provided to you.

WHY IS MY ORDER LATE?

Usually the item will arrive to your destination in 7-15 days unless due to holidays, festivals, weather or custom clearance. 

  

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ODER?

-You can cancel or change your order, please contact us at support@awnl.net immediately. You can not cancel or make changes to your order once it is packed and shipped from our warehouse, and there will be no refunds.

 

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

-We provide '30-day Satisfaction Guarantee' which means if you are not satisfy with the item you purchased, you can return the item with full refund. The item, original packaging boxes and all the accessories need be returned to us without any damages.

HOW SOON WILL I GET REFUND?
